Initiative Ireland Nominees Limited was established in 2016, by the CEO of Initiative Ireland, to provide specialist trust and company services to the company, its partners and clients. We share a commitment to the principles of providing Honest, Fair and Inclusive Services to our Private Clients and Service Partners.


Company Management

Initiative Ireland Nominees is led by an experienced management team with a shared vision to deliver honest, fair and inclusive financial services.
Managing Director & Trustee
Rushe is Managing Director & Trustee of Initiative Ireland Nominees Limited, a Trust and Company Service Provider authorised by the Department of Justice and Equality of Ireland. He is also CEO of Initiative Ireland. He has held Senior Risk and Commercial Management roles within the financial services industry, having worked with Ulster Bank, GE Money and Bank of Ireland. He has significant commercial experience managing regulated financial product portfolios within the UK and Ireland (with assets of over €2bn), delivering significant improvements to net portfolio profitability under his management. As a professional risk manager, he has delivered over €100m in loss avoidance, predominantly through credit management and financial crime prevention interventions. Prior to founding Initiative Ireland, Rushe worked as a Chief Commercial Officer for Neuromod Devices, where he lead the commercialisation and operational expansion of the company. He holds an MBA with distinction from Trinity College Dublin, a BA Honours from University College Dublin and is an Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) as certified by the LIA & UCD.

Company Director
Padraig M. Rushe brings over forty years of Corporate Banking experience to Initiative Ireland Nominees. He is a respected figure within the International Finance Community.  Prior to joining the company, Rushe was a Corporate Banking Director at Bank of Ireland where he successfully arranged bilateral and syndicate credit facilities and managed all elements of credit and operational risk across portfolios with multi-billion euros in exposures. Rushe has been an active promoter of the IFSC and developed Bank of Ireland’s portfolio in financial services including banking, funds, insurance, leasing and related sectors. Rushe is Chairman of The International Finance Forum at FSI/Ibec. He was previously a member of the Government’s Clearing House Group for the IFSC. He is chairman of the IFSC Dublin Inner City Trust and board member and audit committee chair of St Catherine’s Association Ltd. He has provided credit advisory services to companies and Government Agencies in Ireland and Overseas. He is a non-executive director of Premium Cash Solutions Ltd. and a director of Initiative Financial Services Ltd.  Rushe graduated Valedictorian with an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Illinois in 1988. He holds a Diploma in Company Direction 2017 from the Institute of Directors.
